Invisalign

Invisalign treatment uses a series of clear, custom made, plastic, removable aligners made of smooth, comfortable, and mostly invisible plastic. They are worn over your teeth and gradually move your teeth into the exact and improved position your dentist has outlined for you.

First, a 3D scan of your teeth is taken using computer imaging technology. Your dentist will then take this 3D scan and digitally straighten your teeth to simulate what your smile will look like after Invisalign treatment. If you like what you see, the 3D scan, along with your dentist’s vision for your final smile, will be used to create a series of customized plastic aligners.

You wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, removing them only to eat and drink. As you replace each set of aligners with the next in the series, your teeth will move little by little, until they are straightened to their final position.

You’ll visit us about once every six weeks, to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. Treatment time varies, but usually, final results can usually be obtained in between 9-15 months.
